Moreld Apply respects human dignity and supports the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We will ensure that our business activities exercise due care with relation to the basic standards for human rights, and handle risk situations associated therein.

Moreld Apply has fundamental respect for all individuals, and will not accept any discrimination based on sex, race, religion, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, or political opinion.

Child labor is unacceptable, and we will avoid suppliers who practice this.

Working conditions

Moreld Apply will ensure appropriate and safe working conditions in compliance with national laws,regulations and internationally accepted labor standards. We use established supplier criteria to ensure selection of suppliers who also demonstrate compliance with national laws and regulations for fair working conditions.

We have established and maintain guidelines for the working environment based on working environment requirements, identified areas for improvement, challenging objectives and performance monitoring. Personal development and training as part of the ordinary work will be facilitated.
